So you bought the console in Quebec but now the console is in Columbia? Or are you still in Canada? IF you are in Columbia then you should be able to change your region from your Account on Just select My Account in the upper right hand corner under your gamertag and you can change Region to any available region from the selections. Also, bare in mind some content may not be available in one region when purchased in another.
