Completely useless support staff has cost you a former loyal customer

10 plus years loyal xbox guy here, and due to your stupid requirements of waiting thirty days to reset my account info so I can update my billing card to give you (mod edit) more money you have lost me as a customer.  I will be getting rid of my first gen 360 that has worked just fine all these years, and will never look at another xbox or microsoft branded console again.  You people are absolutely worthless, and completely stupid.  As in, support guy asked me for my email address and when I gave it with the @ yahoo.com part he even asked 'Is that gmail or yahoo?" really??? And then offer no solution to get my account reactivated. Also tried through the 800 support number and again, pure stupidity was offered and not a single help.  (mod edit), and xbox. Never again will I deal with you people.
