complained against the person online

my xbox live account got hacked a week ago, the investigation of my account was complete today. As soon as i got axcess to my account, i recieved a message by the person who hacked my account. Please take a look, is the person going to be suspended

PS- right before my account got hacked i recieved a message saying ' hahahaha you been hacked'. I already filed a complaint against this person on xbox live. Is there any thing left that you can do from your side.

If you filed a complaint against him using the dashboard reporting tools (go to his bio and select File Complaint then follow instructions) then there is nothing more to do.

You can now avoid and block him so he can't message you again.  Do not send him a message after blocking him as that will unblock him.

I would also suggest changing your WLID and password so this doesn't happen again.
