(Comcast/Xbox LIVE) Do they know yet or what ?

Anyone heard anything yet on what's going on ? You would think they would know by now that there is an issue.

3 People that I have talked to from Comcast said it could take up to 48 hours, then the next one said 24, and the last one said it should be fixed within the next hour or so lol What............ ?? Anyone that has anything on some info about this should post a link or something please.

I have just got done talking to them on the phone. They gave me a 2-3 hour answer
