Comcast user connection problems

I havent been able to connect to xbox live for about 4 days now. I've unplugged my modem and every thing and it is still not working anybody else with comcast having this problem?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

Check the bottom of the box that comcast gave you as well as the bottom of the linksys for a model number and brand name.

How far is the test going and where does it stop?

If you select "More information" Whats the full message?

I think we're getting IP address error or a password error.

.

Go to Availble Networks -> Press Y on your network. -> Press X on anything here. -> Connect to your network again and Put in your password remember to use Caps and spaces if any exist. This should be the wireless passphrase not the WPS key.

If that didnt work go to Your network -> configure network -> Additional settings -> Restore to factory defualts.

if its still acting up - Power off Xbox -> power off router -> power off modem -> Wait 5 mins -> power on Modem -> Wait 2 mins -> Power on Router -> wait 2 mins -> Power on xbox -> Wait -> go to your network run xbox live connection test.
