Every time he tries to access a
game the xbox disconnects me
from xbox live and not let me
play online while being enrolled for
12 months xbox live gold. What should I do??

Please do the following exactly as described:
Delete your profile (PROFILE ONLY), Clear your
system cache (3 times in a row), Restart your console (Important), and then finally upon restart download
your profile again.
