Hi,

This error says that your security information or security proofs is outdated, or you dont have any set on your account. If this is the case, you will need to follow these instructions below:

Please remember, before you try these steps bellow you will need to know your Microsoft Account Email and Password. If you do not and you are not a child, please go to account.live.com and click onto forgot Password. Then re set it. If you are a child, please ask and get your pairents to go through this article with your account.

This error code appears when your Account proofs are not updated or you don’t have any on your account. Please go to account.live.com and update your security Information. You will need a Mobile phone or an other non Microsoft email (like Gmail or Yahoo). This will allow all of your codes to get sent to there so the hacker can not get access to your bank information and other information that is on Account.live.com or your Microsoft Accont

After you have done this, you will need to delete your profile from your Xbox. Now if you do not know how to delete your profile, please follow these instructions:

Turn on your Xbox 360

Skip Sign in, by pressing B on your controller

Scroll right to System settings

Click onto memmory or storage

Then click onto All storage devices

Click onto Profile

Then select your gamer tag

Then press Y

Then delete gamertag (But not the saved games, just the gamertag)

Once you have done this, you will then need to clear system coatch. If you don’t know how, please follow these instructions:

Clicking onto System Settings

Then go into Memmory/ or storage

Then hovering over the storage device that your profiles are saved to (But do not go into the device)

Then press Y

Then click onto Clear System Coatch

After you have done this, please re download your profile back onto your console by clicking onto sign in, then use the option to download gamertag

This should resolve your issue, If you have any further problems please contact support as they may need to look into your account

I did all that and it seemed like it was gonna work, it said welcome famlyguyfan.Then told me"xbox can't download any profiles  now!! Code 80151011 what is going on?? Please help. Its double XP!!

Try out these steps posted by one of our awesome Ambassadors, Taidara:

If you haven’t already, start by adding security proofs like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account. This information is crucial to ensure that your account is well protected and meets the security standars that Microsoft now provides.

When this information has been added and updated, we can now start focus on the next steps, delete your profile, clear system cache and finally, recover your profile from LIVE.

How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

  1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select All Devices.
  4. Select Gamer Profiles.
  5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Clear Xbox system cache 
 

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.
  5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

That did not work for me still told me Xbox wasnt able to download profiles at this time.....?
