Code 80151012

Hey there.. I'm french, so I'm sorry for my bad english, but I think I can explain you what my problem is.

So, one hour ago I tried to connect to Xbox Live, but there was an error message with the code 80151012.

I did my little search on Internet, and I tried all the solutions, like delete my profile, and also the password recovery. And it still don't work.

Now, my profile is not even in my Xbox, and the same code still appear when I try to re-download my Gamertag.

What can I do for it ? I've tried all the methods, so I don't now, maybe you can help me please ?

Thanks.

My xbox account is an adult one.

I tried all your manipulation, it seems to be definitively locked.

Hmmmm that's odd.

Your Microsoft account, is this an adult or a child account?

With your Xbox powered off, safely remove the hard drive and add it back. Power on the Xbox and try re-download your profile from LIVE.

You may also want to make sure your payment method is up-to-date and accurate. https://commerce.microsoft.com

First of all, thanks you taidara to try to resolve my issue ^^

I re-tried all your manipulation, but that didn't work.

I contacted the support via the XBox chat, and they said that they are going to transfer my folder to the upper service, they also gave me a folder code. I'm waiting for an e-mail from that service.

( sorry for my very very bad english, one more time ^^ )

Oh, hey, just in case it's useful, when I try to download my profile, the download freeze at like 1/6 of the progression, and after a moment, like 10 seconds, the error message with the code 80151012 appears.

It's very embarrassing, because I pay for a service ( a good one though ) and I can't play anymore.

This code would indicate a locked profile.  The best course of action would be to follow the instructions in this link

support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

Enter the error code and follow the instructions.....

  Hope this helps.
