i couldnt seem to find a solution so i made a new thread. its the same issue as others, logging in with email and password, then logging out because of error code. solutions anyone?

Follow these steps and you should be back up in no time.

  1. Go to the profiles section in your storage device and delete your profile if you see it there.
  2. Go back to the list of storage devices and highlight your hard drive. Press Y and select 'Clear Cache'. Clear your cache 3 times.
  3. Press the guide button and select 'Download Profile'. Put your email and password in and your account should re-download with no problems.

It is very important that you clear your cache 3 times in a row before downloading your profile again.
