Code 8007045D

So I got online today and found my profile deleted off of my xbox 360s. I tried to redownload it but got error code 8007045D. I went onto support and looked up the code, but the advice I got didn't work (clearing cache). I tried it 3 hours later but still not working. I checked my internet and the hard drive of the xbox, and it all appeared fine. I still have all of my games on the hard drive so I don't think it was broken. My internet works on other devices. Please Help!

I put a flash drive in my xbox and downloaded profile to it no problem. Guessing this means there is something wrong with my hard drive.
