cloud still offline

Is there anywhere to find updates about what's actually going on and when the cloud save games will be accessible again?  I can't be alone in being frustrated that I'm sitting on a bunch of games I can't progress in during the one time of year when I'm free to play as much as I want.  And of course I also can't play these same games with friends who are finally available to play during the holidays, nor can we even adjust our plans for when things should be working again.

This issue is not being handled very well.

I don't think they even know for sure when the storage will be available again. They are doing their best to solve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience you and I'm sure many other people are experiencing.

yeah sorry. that's the only info they have on it as far as I know other than this thread forums.xbox.com/.../2125647.aspx which says the same exact thing as the service alert.

i feel sorry for the guys who may have been called in because this issue, but other than that, its disappointing this problem goes on for 2days now : (
