Cloud Save issues

anybody else having cloud save issues?

   twice now this has happened.. first on Need for speed: Rivals, now on battlefield 4.   I enter the game, create a save, and start playing, i get a few hours into the game and then stop playing.  when i come back a few hours/days later to play again my save is completely gone, i boot up the game and I have to start everything over.   I see no way to recover it since we have no control over our saves. does anyone know how to fix this? is there something i'm not doing right?

Just happend to me. Haven't been able to figure it out myself.  I see no way that I can re-download or even look at game saves which make no sense to me.

I am surprised this isn't a bigger issue.. BF4 and NFS are pretty much unplayable right now for me. I totally agree Kartigan

Hey All,
Sorry for the missing progress you are all experiencing. EA is aware of this and is looking into this. Here is an official article about restarting campaign progress. I havent seen any thing on the NFS. Have you tried: 
  • Deleting your profile and re-downloading it
  • Uninstalling and re-installing the game
Try that out and report back as to what you find out.

What i don't  understand  is why isn't  there away to get to the cloud on our xbox one  it makes no sense to me? From what ive read even sony allows you to be able to delete things off their cloud and they let you into it this needs to be changed because  its causing  trouble  with games syncing In My Opinion
