Child Account Logon Problems

My son can not logon to xbox live as it ask for a parent to signin.  I try to sign in but it then says there is a problem with name or DOB, but there isnt anything wrong with it.  If I login seperately (xbox live) it allows me to login but I can not see what is wrong with the account information and my son can still not go online.

I created a new account in my wifes name and still the same error.

Any suggestions please......

Try logging in with the parent account on www.account.live.com/proofs

Once logged in check personal information to ensure all is properly displaying and filled out.

Check under security info that there are 2 verified proofs on the account

Turn on Two-step verification skipping any spots that offer this option

Turn off Two-step verification under the security information screen

Try logging in again on Xbox.com with the child account.
