Cheap Hardware

I received an xbox one console for christmas this year. I opened the box and set it up and everything worked just fine, however, before even the end of the month, i experienced an issue with my headset. After already having had the headset replaced under warranty, i realized that the issue was actually with the connector inside of the controller. I put in a request to have the controller replaced under warranty 4 days ago and it still has not been confirmed.

okay, that was the 23rd. it is now the 30th and i still have not received any response at all.
