If you had issues disconnecting to xbox live Today 1-9-13 Please Say your State and weather or not you have Charter as your ISP might be an issue that happend 2 days ago.

Trying to find out if Charter Communications is having issues like it did 2 days ago so we can contact Microsoft and Charter so the issue can be resolved again. Had a East Coast wide issue 2 days ago and we had it get fixed. Next time don't be such a douche.

Also last time I checked you ask a question and get answers that's it. We did this 2 days ago and got the issue fixed so don't give me some BS answer that don't answer my question.

Also I use this as an XBOX USER too just cause I have a 3 on my card doesn't mean i can't ask questions based on the forum name.

We found out that the issue was East Coast wide here forums.xbox.com/.../430359.aspx

If you believe that you are having an issue with your ISP itself, we recommend that you contact their support directly as they'll have the best info on it.  For folks having LIVE-specific issues, we always urge you to start your own posts so that we can make sure that everyone gets the individualized help they deserve!

I totally dig your enthusiasm and proactiveness, Diet Soda.  Having everyone follow that process though, is how we get everyone the best support possible.
