Charges to my account but no Gold service.

Basically i've been charged on my debit card for 5.99 for a 1 month xbox live membership, even tho i cancelled the automatic payments last month after you charge my account for the fourth time without my authorization, on top of this my xbox live still is updated to gold 2 days after a payment i cancelled and DID NOT authorize this is complete *** and i want the 5.99 your service unlawfully took from my bank account.

me too i cancelled my 1 month gold and its still been taken from my bank
