Can you see somewhere on your account WHEN the last time is you changed region?

Well i live in holland, and i changed my region to united states because of netflix (netflix wasn't out YET for my region on xbox live) and now it's available in the netherlands and i want to change it back now. but you suggest calling customer service then? no other way?

Well for one thing us netflix isnt available in any other region then thw us vpns dont usually work

I don't think support can see that either, but I'm not certain.  If you're trying to change back I've heard there's problems with changing regions back to previously used regions, for that you'd need to contact support.
