Changing Payment Method for XBOX Live Gold Membership

I am currently paying monthly and wish to update to a yearly subscription, but when I try to change it the site prompts me to update my subscription rather than purchasing a new one. I can only find one way of changing it and that is the message it gives me. Changing the billing and payment methods only give the options to change credit cards or addresses, not the actual payment. I have no problem cancelling my currently subscription and paying the $79.95 for the yearly, but I can't even do that. All help and support options tell me to change the subscription but I am not getting that option.

Best option would be to contact Phone support and see if they can switch it around for you :)
