Changing Parent Account from Aunt's email to Mother's email for a childs account

I'm trying to help my nephew change his xbox account over to his mothers email as the parent account associated with his child account but I can't seem to do it.

He and his mother logged in from the console and tried to add her as the parent account but MSN added her personal email as an alias to my personal email and MSN live identity that was used to set up the xbox account. I rejected the merging of our two emails and that prompted MNS to add an extra security layer to both my email and the xbox live account. I got our emails separated but I still am not able to remove myself from the xbox as the parent account. I do not want her email as an alias to mine as we have a difficult relationship and I do not want our online identities mingled.

I just want to know is there a way to transfer the parent account to another adult account with out my nephew losing all of his games and achievements?

My sister's email is the parent account for my older nephew so is she able to add her younger son's gamertag to that account?

I've looked through these forums but I haven't found a thread explaining how to do this with a child account.

Please help

from what i understand, support.xbox.com/.../manage-microsoft-account is the only way to do that.

I actually just did this with my daughters account... go to this website: Account.Live.Com and sign in with the parent account currently tied to the child account.

Once your signed in, On the left, click RELATED ACCOUNTS (It may try sending you a code to verify the account, choose the best option, retrieve the code and continue)

Next, Click MANAGE PERMISSIONS

Click VISIT THE FAMILY SAFETY WEBSITE

Now at the very top in the blue, its going to say add parent. There you can add another email address (which they will need to confirm with a code)

If you need any more help, refer to this website: windows.microsoft.com/.../set-up-family-safety

I know this was an old post but it took me forever to find this so I figured Id share since I past your post in the process =)
