Changing My Windows Live ID

I want to change my current WLID to a new one. I've already made a new WLID but I am unable to change it because I need parental permission. I have been given permission, however they have forgotton their password and are a Btopenworld account user and not a Windows Live Messenger user. Is there any way i can get given a replacement pass or just remove the parental permission all together?

Thanks,

I believe that if they recover their account it should wipe out the parental permissions. So ask your parents if they are willing to do that.

If your parents are unable to log in or have lost their login credentials, they'd need to call up phone support in their region for assistance.
