changing emails

every time i go to change my email it says we cannot change your email at this time please visit xbox.com/accountswap for help i have went to the website and none of the solutions apply to my problem

If you've changed any security information on the account recently, I believe there is a 30-day waiting period before you can change the microsoft account associated with your gamertag. You can try contacting support to find out more information if this is not the case.

Hi there,

there are a few requirements before you can move/switch the account

- You can only move/switch once every 30 days

- You can only move/switch the account when it has been on a console for at least 30 days, without it being downloaded etc.
