Change E-Mail

HI

Since one year i try to change my email! The problem is, i don't know the password from my old email account.

Can anyone help me?? :S

Try the Recovery Process through Hotmail when you are prompted to sign in. If you cannot remember the Secret Question answers etc then you can fill out a form to prove ownership of the email which will be sent to Hotmail Support. If you have enough evidence you are the owner, then you will have your account back.

thank you for your answer, but i tried to prove my ownership, but they said i had less information about me... =(

can i change the mail on my xbox,..?

there i'm always logged in,...

You can only change the password via Account Management on the Xbox itself is if you know the current password to the email, so I am afraid not.

You could give Xbox Support a call to see if they can do anything to help. Just explain the situation to them and something maybe able to be resolved, considering you are signed into that gamertag.

Xbox customer support will only direct you back to Windows Live customer support as Xbox Live customer support doesn't have access to changing your Windows Live ID or any credentials associated with it.
