Case Review not working.

Hello,

So I got suspended from Xbox Live in an unfair/excessive manner (it has a lot to do with going from Good to Avoid Me in one day, due to cheaters reporting me for calling them out on it), and now I'm trying to submit a Case Review to make my point, but I can't access the questionnaire...when I click it it, and then accept the terms, it just says "null", and then two buttons: Submit or Exit. Am I not allowed to do this, or is this a technical issue?

 You can only submit a Case Review when you've had an Enforcement action placed against you by the Xbox Live Enforcement team like an Account Ban, Communication Suspension, etc.. There is not currently a process in place to do a Case Review against your current reputation status.

I have a suspension on my main account "FCPCatalyst", this one "FCPCatalyst93" is just an account I created to be able to access the forums.

In my other account it says I'm not eligible for a Case Review "yet", and that I have to fill a questionnaire, but then when I click it there's a bug on the page, it just says "null". Maybe this is because Case Reviews are still in a sort of beta mode?

I'd really like to be able to get my point across to moderators, I really think I have a chance of averting this suspension. It was really harsh considering the context of the situation.

Have you tried a different Web browser to see if you get the same error? Some Case Reviews require you too review the code of conduct before you can submit one but I'm wondering if the NULL error is browser related or something specific to your case. I know other users have submitted case reviews and received responses back.

Yes, I've tried with Chrome, Firefox and IE, still get an error.

This whole situation is strange tbh, first I went from Good reputation to Avoid Me in one day, then Enforcement permanently suspends me for calling a cheater "***", which, while not a good thing, is hardly worthy of a complete suspension...and now I can't even explain what happened, or ask for a more detailed explanation. You don't just ban someone with 9 years of XBL for communication stuff, especially if there were no threats involved. I was an ambassador aswell, which makes it worse.

Same thing happened to me, 10 year veteran - green then red in one day, with 7 reports in 6  months. And no explanation, just canned responses to my inquiries. Taken to social media, reddit, sent a dispute to microsoft legal, polygon, IGN, etc. I suggest you do the same.

The worst problem of it all is a got a permanent suspension because of that "Avoid Me" stuff. I had 3 temporary communication-only suspensions before, one back in April 2013, one in November 2014 and one in March this year, now they think that I did something very wrong because of the false "Avoid Me" and banned me. I'm 99% sure of it.

I wanted to check in to make sure you are signing into your suspended account when you try to submit a Case Review? Since you are posting from a secondary account, double check that you are signed into the suspended account when you attempt the Case Review and let me know if the results are the same.
