Cant watch the Netflix movies - Error Message, Network or home network not connected

I have checked my network connection and done all of the trouble shooting things and it is not working. we have 2 xboxes one in living room and one in bedroom. living room works fine, bedroom does not. they are on 2 different ethernet cords. everything is set up properly. netflix will load and let me browse the movies but when i go to watch them, the error comes up and i cant watch them. I NEED HELP. I dont like paying the $60 for Xbox Live for a years worth and not being able to use it.

PLEASE HELP!!
