Can't view any of the Inside Xbox content from the dashboard - Error 73-C00DF238

Looks like my original question vanished...here's a repost:

Games seem to be working fine, but dashboard content, like Inside Xbox, fail.

I live in Illinois in the US.

I have AT&T Uverse service

My modem is the standard Uverse box.

My router is a Linksys E3000.

I'm using WPA2 and the internal adapter on my Xbox.

When I first turn on the Xbox, oftentimes, it can't connect to the wireless.  If I go to the test section and rescan, it will find the network and Test Connection works fine.

Then, if I sign in and try to view Inside Xbox content, it gets to the Xbox Live splash screen, the loading bar appears, and then I get "Unplayable Content.  Your network connection was disconnected or has timed out."  Status code 73-C00DF238

I have disabled the firewall on the E3000, and this has worked in the past with the Uverse box as-is, so I don't suspect the issue is with the firewall there.

I have adjusted MTU settings between Auto, 1500 and 1365 with the same result.

Anything else to try?

Hmmm, now most Inside Xbox content is working, but some are not.  Is it possible that a cache on my Xbox has become corrupt or something?  Is there a way to clear the cache?

LOL, now I just tried watching an Inside Xbox clip that I watched 5 minutes ago, and I'm back to the same status code, so I guess it isn't content-specific.

Hey mate, I'm wondering if this might be related to a profile issue. Can you try deleting your profile from memory (PROFILE ONLY), and then recover it from the dashboard?

This happens to multiple users on this Xbox, so I'll give that a shot, but I don't hold great hope...

Well, it sort of worked....I deleted my profile and then recovered it.  After doing that, I was able to view about 2 minutes of one of the Inside Xbox clips I was having trouble with, then the video stopped, got a loading bar and then the same status code.  Any thoughts?

Hey, let's go ahead and try resetting that cache. You can do so by accessing 'memory' in 'system settings,' then highlighting your memory device and pressing (Y). You'll see the option to clear the cache listed there.
