cant update because of disconnect

hi i just bought the new xbox and i installed it right away as supected i needed to update the console.

 

but evry time i try to update it and it starts downloading i get a disconnect.

also i cannot recover an account.

Router brand & model number: linksys wrt120n
Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired : wireless
If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? wpa2 
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? internal
Things you have tried: resetting modem etc and port forwarding
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown : unknown
Is NAT Type Open? : unkown
Any Error Codes you encounter: 23EF-35IF-A080-0F00-8007-274C
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G?  cable i think
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? ziggo
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? you need to update your console something like that
