My name is Chris (tag: Noroimaru) and i live in Greece. I bought the one month gold sub option using my debit visa electron card at the end of may and when then time came to me renewed again at the end of June, even though i didnt have enough money in my account, it went through for another month and even though today i have money it hasnt billed me yet so i can not stop this by removing my debit card from my profile. To cancel the renewal i have to call by phone in the US which will probably cost me as much, or more, that to keep the subscription for a year... i need to be billed for this month before the next one gets renewed or to have the automatic renewal stopped without having to call to the US. I can cancel my debit card through the bank but that would leave me and microsoft with an issue of this months payment. What do i do? isnt there a skype id or a mail i can use to contact the support?
