Cant sign on to my xbox live account on xbox.com??

Hi it wont let me sign in to xbox.com.

I think this is because the email used is so old that i cant even get into that.

Its very strange :/ is there anyway u can change my email adress for my account??

Ive done it on the xbox but still it doesnt reckognise that on xbox.com??

Cant login to Live.com with email [Mod Removed]

Have changed email on my xbox for gamertag APOCALYPTICALEX to email [Mod Removed]

When i logon to this website with [Mod Removed] it comes up with gamertag KinettishMist6 :/

When you have changed your Windows LIVE ID it could be that something is not right at the moment because of this. support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status. Wait until that is over and report back if you still cant connect.

This is not a recent isue, this has been an isue for many months now

All i need if possible is you to change my email adress for APOCALYPTICALEX to [Removed by Moderator]

I need to log into my account to cancel my renewal for xbox live as i dont want to stay on the 3 month renewal

There is a reason why I ask to remove your personal info. This is a public forum...... To stop the auto renewal right away, call customer support or go to this page. support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription The best browser to use is IE.

If you would like to disable auto renewal immediately, definitely follow the steps jem outlined above. Otherwise, we have steps for how to change your Windows LIVE ID in this sticky: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12/t/153168.aspx. Give the steps there a shot and let us know if it helps.
