Cant Sign into xbox live on my account. Help please BO2's DLC is out and i cant connect to XBL :(

Hello, this is a frantic effort to get my account, KeyZll OG online tonight, when i turned on my console tonight, it came up with a security check, and after entering in the correct email adress and password, it was processing the attempt, then it just said, Sorry an error has occured, please try again later. Then in the bottom left of the screen, it said 80151011, PLEASE HELP! i've tried clearing my system cache, re-downloading my profile about 5 times AND updating my info online, NOTHING WORKS! HELP ME PLEASE I NEED TO PLAY DIE RISE! :D

Yep bs man...... Signs in on my old Xbox but not my new slim ...... Nice

oh and Iv been tryin to get through to support for 2 hours ... Fun times ... Well wanted the new cod map packs

for those getting the 80151011 error code, log in at xbox.com and click "My Account" - then click "Billing Contact Information". This will send a code to your phone or e-mail. Check phone/e-mail for the security code and enter it, update your personal information (phone, address, first and last name, contact e-mail). Go back to the console, delete profile only, clear cache 2x and re-download your profile.

Try resetting your password, not changing it, resetting it. Then try downloading your profile again.
