Cant sign into my account on xbox one

This is the exact message i get when i try to sign in to my account. I have signed in through my pc, mobile phone and xbox 360 with no problems my gold account is active and paid up but when i search for this error code it doesnt exist. im totally fed up with this now i cant understand why more usefull info was put up so that i could at least try and fix this problem myself.

I have tried changing my password and ive got verified but still it wont let me sign in. please can someone help this is driving me mad.

Mate, you are the only other person apart from me that i have seen with this error. Did u recently move your gamertag to a new microsoft account?

Nope ive had the same gamertag for over 5 years. it doing my head in. £430 for a useless pile of junk and an error code that doesnt exist.

ptfc Murray07 I have the same problem and also recently moved my gamertag to a new account! Did you get this resolved?

sat on the phone with microsoft and it has been passed on to tech support. i have been given a 2 day waiting time so in the mean time im just going to have to use another account. bit gutted but its a whole new problem and looks like where the lucky few to have it first.

ill update when problem is sorted out.

Hey guys, i still havent got it resolved. Im goina phone xbox support and see what they say. For me and Hoprehound it might just be the 24 hour verification process, but i'll update this tonight at about 7pm to tell u if that is the case. Because it was around 7pm last night when i moved my GT onto another microsoft account. If you find any solutions though Beanbag do keep us updated.

Also having the same problem. Kinda takes the shine off getting a new console. Spent an hour on the phone talking to support too. Surely we should get some sort of compensation since we've all paid our gold memberships?! :/

Have to agree with you skyfire, but they will just say its part and parcel with the launch of a new console. There will always be issues.

Mister Fizzle, already spoked to xbox support on chat and they have passed my issue to the advance team who will contact me between 24 and 48 hours. :( Hope it gets patched soon.
