cant sign in

eeds microsoft email and pw and I type it and tells me there es something wrong with muy account. Please help

Hi Control!

All you need to do is:

  1. Delete your profile
    http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete
  2. Clear the system cache.
    http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache
    You need to do that 3 times. Because 1 time is not enough. So be sure that you actually really clean 3 times your system cache.
  3. Now redownload your profile.
  4. And Your problem is fixed. Works 99% times.

you might be best phoning Xbox support, or go to this website www.google.com/url  it will tell you which number you need to ring. Try giving as much info as possible. For them to help. Good luck :-]

Update your proofs at account.live.com. If you can sign in, click on the "Security Info" link and follow the instructions to get to your proofs. Make sure you update and verify the alternate email, phone number and security question.
