cant sign in to xbox one account

ok i was on my xbox one last weekend and everything was fine, then last night i signed in but it wouldnt sync with games/friends etc....after 3 hours of trying i give up..so today i deleted my account to try and add it again, when i click add account, the page loads for about 30 seconds and then tells me this message...'sorry, looks like our service is not working correctly'....my connection is fine, i dont even get the option to type in a username or password, i just get the message...i have tried a system restore, restarted router, unplugged power cord, nothing seems to be working..please please help if you can...thanks.

I would call tech support. Looks like everything is green on xbox side. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
