Can't remove credit card

Everytime I go to the page regarding removing auto renewal or my credit card it glitches and says there was an error ?

You've got to do it on Xbox.com (this site). Go to 'MY XBOX' and click on 'ACCOUNTS'. From their you click on 'MANAGE ACCOUNTS' I believe. There's also payment options for auto-renewal. Hope this helps.

Actually Johnny, the best way to get this done is by contacting support and speaking with Billing.  Also, to the OP, you need to be aware that if you purchased your gold membership using the credit card you cannot remove the card while your gold is in use as it is tied to the card.  What you would need to do is call support and speak with billing to have your auto renew turned off.

usually u have to log on to ur account on ur pc then there should be a option next to ur credit card to remove it

To remove your card you need to turn off auto-renewal if it is on. If that fails you will need to call xbox support.

@Wikkiwild1 - according to what I've seen on other threads turning off auto renewal doesn't work online.  He will have to contact support anyway.
