cant redeem gold membership

Hi guys.. hope you can help.. i have bank details already stored on the xbox which i used last time.. i tryed to renew 4 days ago via that but said there was a problem..so today 4th day i went and bought 3months live... well it does the exact same thing wont let me redeem it.. comes up with a message saying  try again later etc.. please help...

If you've run into problems via the card on file, you may have a temporary suspension which will require contacting the billing department to get resolved.

Use this form: support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Or call your local support number.

Sorry to hear that.. Try redeeming it on the site xbox.com if you tried that try doing it on xbox360 live and reddem it if that doesn't work and yeh it is a suspension

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

 

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
