Cant play online

Hello.
I bought the Xbox Live Gold 12 month membership, but I still can not play online.
When I try to play online, for example, Fifa 11 or Madden NFL 11and then a box pop up and it says:

- Redeem Code for Online Access
- Purchase Online Access
- More Info About Online Passport
- Cancel

Then if I try to write the code again from the card on your website it says that the code is already used.

But I can play Black ops online.

One other thing I ran into this year ( NCAA 12) for some reason on my EA account I was only 1 1/2 years old.  My age is well over that and I had to call and get my aged changed to get online with NCAA ( another EA game).
