Calling support would do the OP no good. There are enough warning prompts during the account migration process that tell the user what will happen if they proceed. Not to mention once an account has been migrated to one of the nine newly added regions it can only be migrated back to one of them. Since the UK is not one of those regions the OP would not be able to migrate his account back to it.

Of course you could call support if you want an official confirmation on this, but be prepared to hear, 'sorry, there is nothing we can do about it'. As that has been the response in previous cases like this.

That is most likely true Tem, but they are here asking for help and as we're not Official support folks, I don't feel comfortable giving them Official answers.  They can get that from actual employees of Microsoft.

Yeah, but we have seen hundreds of these threads, and giving correct answers to easy questions keeps the load off of support.  This is a user supported community.

Regardless of what might happen, the appropriate avenue for this is to call phone support. They will have the final say in what needs to be done about this account, so let's not speculate and direct the OP to the proper channels. Thanks guys!
