Cant migrate account!

Ok so I was trying to use xbox music but then it asked me to change regions so I went to the website and changed from the uk to Australia it then asked me for my credit card and stuff doin thought 'nah I'll just do it later'. Now when I try it, just as I'm about to change to Australia it doesn't let me and says 'theres a problem completing your move right now (etc)' I've checked the reasons why it might not work but I'm pretty sure none of them are my reason. Thanks!

Hey mate, what I believe might have happened is when you tried to change regions without providing the debit/credit card that has counted towards changing your region which means it thinks you changed regions within the last three months.


The only option would be to call Xbox phone support and see if they can help you change it, although if it is due to the reason above they might not be able to help:
