Can't find the answer to my 8015341b problem...

Hi, I just want to change my Live ID of my gamertag but I always have the error 8015341b.  I've seached the web and it says that both my windows live id have different region/country.  But I checked and both are set to "Canada".  Do somebody know what's going on?

Try making a new Windows Live ID and see if that works. More help can be found here: support.xbox.com/.../xbox-kb.aspx
