Can't even join XBL?

Status code: 80190826

Can't get the 2 months for $2, the usual 1month, 12 month or any family pack. Seriously, wtf?

Anyone else having this issue?  -_-

It's some sort of billing error. Check your account at billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If that doesn't help. you'll need to call support and talk to billing.
