Cant download the February 2012 update.

This is the error message I get sometimes

397D-0000-D080-0200-8007-2746.

I'm actually at a hotel for the moment so maybe nows not the best time to be trying to get online.

Full story I got that error message at 1st then I put the update on a disc on to my xbox. After that it said that the dashboard update was needed to sign in but was unavailable. I cleared my cash still no luck, but when I put in a game I would be asked to update. Again no luck but I got an error code the same as my first post.

Hey there Sniper!
Start with clearing the Xbox system cache.
http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

You could also search in your storage devices for corrupt content. They will be shown as a yellow exclamation mark.

If you can connect to Xbox LIVE can you try delete your profile (profile only) and download it.

Reset Xbox Network Settings to factory settings.

Post back and let us know if any of the suggested worked.
