cant download profile

i tried to connect to Xbox live on 13/04/2013 at 20:00, after 5 unsuccessful attempts i took the advice of re-downloading my profile. now i'm faced with two alternating messages. one saying there's a 807b01f7 error and the other saying 80004005, anything i can do or am i stuck waiting for microsfot to fix this?
