Cant download profile 8007045

I cant download profile to xbox to connect to xbox live.

I have never been able to download updates via internet connection as well. I always have to use USB. I have a good wireless connection.

When you try to download something what is the error message you receive, in full with numbers please.

Also have have you tried via a wired connection?

Live status is back up and running and still nothing. This is very frustrating! I have had the xbox for two years and I have never been able to enjoy it because everytime I use it i get so frustrated with not being able to download anything

Modem brand & model number: Netgear N300/DGN3500

Router brand & model number: same as above

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? I have it wired

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Unknown, but have not seen that

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

L: 0015 - 10F0

Q: 0015 - 10F1

T: Wired

A: 192.168.0.3/255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.0.1

D: 192.168.0.1/0.0.0.0

Right now I am getting 8007045D. I have done everything that the support site says to do and still nothing. I dont have the capabilities of a wired connection.

Well I actually did have a way of connecting via a wired connection and received the same exact thing
