Cant delete payment options or subscriptions! :S

will not let me remove my card details from my account

If you have purchased LIVE time with your payment method, you would have to first let that time expire before removing your card. In the mean time, you can call phone support to turn off auto-renewal on your account so you won't be charged again when this time runs out.

Alternatively, if you want to replace the payment method with another, you could do that right away.
