Mmm looks like your console is Banned ( how they ban you - they detect custom firmwares from backups and ban that console ).

If not contact xbox tech support.

We need a little more information before we can help you out with this issue.

Please respond with the information below:

What Country/State/Province do you live in? 
Modem brand & model number: 
Router brand & model number: 
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Things you have tried: 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?


Also, have you tried to clear your system cache? Instructions here.
Reset your network connection (router/modem)?
Have you tried to factory reset your XBOX 360's Network settings? Instructions below.

To reset network settings
 

  1. Turn off the Xbox 360 console.
  2. If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter, unplug it from your console.
  3. Turn on the console.
  4. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  5. Select Network Settings.
  6. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
  7. Select Configure Network.
  8. On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.


Make sure after you've performed these steps you restart your XBOX 360 console. Try all of these steps out before responding to let us know if any of them fixed your issue.

I jumped the gun a bit,

saw the string 8015 - 190E ( often seen on banned xbox devices ( after further investigation the string is in a different line )).

I bought an xbox 360 and an online cord and can not get ti to work. I did call comcast and validated the modom is recieving correctly. I then made a new free xbox live account so I could call you, but instead got online.

Unless there's a code in the box for the 3 months it means that you get 3 x 1 month free XBOX Live memberships with every new XBOX 360. You need to actually make a new XBOX Live account on the console and go through the steps of making an XBOX Live account. Once you do, it will offer you a free 1 month gold membership. Remember that this is only done by making an account on the console. If you've already made an account you would need to re-make the account with another e-mail from the console itself.
