Can't connect to Xbox Live

Can't connect to Xbox Live and got status code

3151-000-0080-0300-8007-2751

I cannot login. I tried to do network testing. after test pass it asked if I want an update. I got this code after I click yes.

I tested on both WiFi and Ethernet connection. I tried to reset all my network equipments - router and modem.

Pls advise what should I do.

Sounds like you're experiencing issues downloading the new system update. Try connecting it directly into the modem. If that doesn't work try this: support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help.aspx

 

Follow steps 1 through 5 until you can download the system update
