Can't Connect To Xbox Live

When connecting to Xbox Live it says that i can't connect to my wireless adapter (FBN). I've tried everything on the support form and it still doesn't work.... 

I don't want to send it in if anybody has any other suggestions, but if no one does I guess I'll have to.

I have a Xbox 360 S btw.

Has there been a recent update in June at all because that's the only thing I'm wondering about.

I've been having trouble also and getting no response at all from microsoft. where are you located? i have an s type also and both wireless and wired doesn't work!!!!

same here, but please dont treat me like a noob.

I mean i powered on, and all and signed in, but not to xbox live i have a silver membership and am just downloading content from my pc to my xbox 360 via wireless broad band telstra, so what do i do?

Hey guys, please try disabling the security settings on your router temporarily, and then try connecting. If your wireless connection shows up then, you should be able to re-apply your security settings.
