Hi. Before I start I have the new Xbox 360 slim with a 250gb hardrive and a Netgear DG834G v2 Wireless ADSL Firewall Router.
Earlier today i experienced a disconnection whilst playing online. I thought it was just an Xbox Live Update or something of that nature, and turned off my Xbox for a while. When i turned it back on I was only signed into Xbox, not Xbox live. I went to system settings and tested my connection, only to see that it went from Xbox to my network to Internet, but failed at Xbox live. I tried again later and i got back online for a bit. Now its completely dead, i get an error at Xbox 360 to My Network saying it could not connect, and a more info tab, I've tried everything including Manual IP settings and allowing my xbox 360 mac address via my router's online configuration page. Nothings worked, i've gone through the whole of the ''Cant connect to Xbox LIVE'' troubleshooting system and it told me to come to the forums. I thought I'd come here for help before I call Xbox UK customer support. Help would be much appreciated as I would like to get back online and game!
