Can't connect to xbox live!

Sometimes when i turn on my Xbox (usually every 1/5 times i do this)  my Xbox cannot connect to the internet and i reset my router, wait 30 seconds and everything.

I always end up waiting about 30 minutes and then it works.

Also i think this is weird considered my Xbox I.P. address should be 192.168.1.101 but it is 169.254.248.24 and my gateway is 0.0.0.0

My Xbox serial number is : 353133301705

You can also contact my gt: L Xboss L

Thanks if you can help.

I would suggest you buy a new router and/or manually enter the IP address and stuff in your network settings area on your Xbox Console
