I’m trying, for the hundredth time, to connect to Xbox Live via a modem and I3G Mobile Broadband Internet Connection and every time the following pops up on the screen:
A system update is required to sign in to Xbox Live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.
Then the following page pops up:
There’s a problem with your connection Select More Info for a description of the problem and how you can fix it.
More Info: Your console is connected to the Internet, but can’t contact Xbox Live.
Error Status Report:
I’ve tried all the solutions I can think of, installed a system update labeled 13146, via USB, and added this some of this info to a previous thread/post about having trouble figuring out how to connect to the internet. I decided to create a separate post about this issue as the other hasn’t received more than one response and it wasn’t very help (sorry to the poster/person trying to help). I’m also expect an email as I emailed the support team/Xbox and I’ve tried the chat feature with no luck. Hopefully someone will have an idea what to do.
