Cant connect to XBL..

Hello, 

For a week or so now i can't connect to xbl, i have tried replacing the router, wired and wireless connections. 

NAT rules added and removed, removed and reinstalled the update via USB. 

I seem to be constantly getting the MTU error, but MTU is at 1400.

Error 8015190E

paste of codes from test:

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000-F001

Y: 0000 - 0000

ID 003 - 0000

L: 8015 - 190E

Q: 8007 - 0435

T Wired

A 192.168.8.18/ 255.255.255.0

G 192.168.8.1

D 192.168.8.1

I have also checked my account on live and all seems fine. 

I see alot of people posting with errors since the update... any suggestion as to when these problems will be resolved ?

Love the way that support pay no attention to posts that actually have tried everything on the script they use.

Can some one suggest when all these XBL issues are going to be resolved ? seeing 100"s of post online and no response from MS that there is an issue.
